Two underground organization of considerable power, the Dragon Clan and the Phoenix Triad, are sworn enemies and they can never have a member of each clan at the same place without a bloody fight, as in literally bloody fight.

So, one fine day, a senior member of the Dragon Clan was assassinated on Phoenix Triad’s territory and… you guess it, the Dragon Clan suspect the Phoenix Triad and the members are all very furious and eager to start a triad/clan war thingy. Phoenix Triad members are furious for the allegation and they are also eager to start the triad/clan war thingy.
