He carries no weapons.

Personality : A well-educated and mostly pacifistic man, Owen desires to maintain a steady life, without getting involved in the political turmoils of his time. He is uncorrupt in his profession, which is a notable exception from his colleagues, but still prone to bending the rules. Owen is fairly easy-going, with a stern attitude while working professionally and fairly sarcastic while relaxing. Has an attraction to wild girls.

Biography : Owen was born in Aereoan, his father owned a restaurant where his whole family worked. His father and elder brother worked in the kitchens with other employed chefs, while his mother and younger sister waited tables and took orders. It was a fairly busy affair, being a part of a family restaurant, but it was successful. Every year the restaurant would host a banquet for the martial arts championship winners, a competition that takes place between the Dojos of the city.

While not having a knack for cooking like his older brother, Owen was allowed to pursue other interests as a result, and became fairly academic. During this time, he travelled to Port Templeton to study arts and political science, but during his time there he wasn’t highly motivated and spent a lot of time at parties, or not studying very hard. At one of these parties he met a girl called Desiria Smithson. She was a wild girl and he ended up meeting her again and again at different parties, sometimes with different colour hair, and sometimes high.
Desiria and Owen got to know each other better over the course of those short months at Port Templeton. At first they treated each other cautiously, regarding each other from opposite ends of a party, but one night they started to talk, and a relationship blossomed from there. There was an instant attraction to each other, and even though Owen knew she was using drugs a bit more all the time, he didn’t care. They were magnetic.

While Desiria’s talent for identifying and appraising eggs grew, and her ability to hide her party lifestyle from her professors evaporated, Owen was also caught up in his own problems. His father had become ill, and the family business could no longer afford to support him at Port Templeton. He had run out of money, and was forced into making the hard decision of leaving Desiria and returning home, to Aereoan, as fast as possible. He arrived back home haggard from his party experiences, but he jumped at the first job he could find, working in the customs department of the central train station for the Asphodel Transit Authority.

His work for the customs department was fairly menial, but it paid well enough to help his family finance the restaurant again. Now he lives in a tiny one-bedroom apartment by the massive train station, and is trying to make sense of his life a little more, while wondering whatever happened to Desiria.
