Appearance: Julian stands unusually short, at five foot, he has medium length dirty blonde hair and an orange complexion. His eyes are a pale chestnut brown. He has three scars on his left cheek (An animal claw) and the rest of his left side of the face is twisted by scar tissue from a mauling.
Skills/Abilities: Shapeshifter ( Specialising in Feline (Cats) and Birds).

He has nanosymbiotes in his bloodstream that slowly repair damage to his body however, these AREN’T enough to keep him alive if he sustains excessive damage, they are more like a bandage/form of bio control.
Equipment: Usually nothing. His weapons are whatever his feral form usually has (Claws, Talons, Teeth)
Personality: Julian is quite soft spoken, he keeps his thoughts to himself and tends to act in a manner that others don’t understand, he often casts aside whats best for himself and focuses on goals that will ultimately benefit the many.
Biography: Julian was born in a small village on a tiny greek island, his family were all natural shifters.

When Julian was Seven years of age, his village was raided, it is unknown by whom, however some blame phoenix, Some blame Dragon. Others, A more sinister force far more dangerous than them.

Nonetheless it was here that he recieve the nanobiotics that aided his healing, and here that his shifting prowess was honed, he was molded into an efficient spy, usually favouring a Panther form, or that of a Peregrine falcon. However he can and often uses the form of a black housecat to infiltrate homes.

He escaped the facility at 25, and has been living quietly ever since then, constantly wondering who destroyed his life.

It is unknown to who his loyalties lie, but one can assume it’s whoever gives him the answers he seeks.
