Biography: Marshal Jericho Simmons, Lawman, Enforcer, intimidator, call him what you will, he was once a man who cut no slack to anyone, and colder than the dead winters of the north. Gambles for more than what is bargained for in his time. Luck usually is at his side and generally gets away from gunfights unscathed. Sometimes he gets hit from time to time, but Jericho has earned his nickname: Judge Jericho. With a strong sense of justice and firm enforcer of the law, Jericho can be harsh like Judge in court. Though most of the time, he keeps to himself when it comes to personal life.

Born and raised in Winchester, Virginia; Jericho has learned the hardships of life through his family. His father, who ran a small business in Winchester, was a stern man who was an idealist and peacemaker. his mother, who lived in a small ranch which his father purchased off the hands of a retired rancher heading west, was a woman who could be stiffer than an iron board at times, but a sweet, gentle heart and angelic smile to any visitors that Jericho and his father brought home. During his childhood, Jericho helped his mother around the house while his father was in town. Doing the daily chores, taming the horses, gathering crops, helping prepare for supper. His life could be harsh if you thought of it that way. Though not entirely, Jericho learned how life would be once he hit the age where he would be a man. His father always told him: “Never let a man run you down. Keep firm and stick with what you believe.” For most of the time, Jericho tried to make it on his own once he was sixteen. Working for a local stagecoach as a gaurd for transport to the coach, riding shotgun from one destination to the next. Jericho had learned to pick up a gun from the ranch practicing on cans and bottles set up on the fence in the back of the house. His father wasn’t much of a marksman but showed him a trick or two. The rest of the tricks were picked up from fellow stagecoach escorts and deputies in Winchester when he was deputy for Sheriff Tom Roscoe. Eventually, he had been asked to be a lawman for Dodge City, where he kept strict law enforcement for the next ten years. He had met men like Wyatt Earp and ran into troublesome men who believed they owned the town and were the law. Once Judge Jericho ran Dodge City, they learned pretty quickly through gunfights and through his stern force. He can be manipulative if needed to and loves to play Black Jack or Poker. Usually hangs out at a saloon or local pub just to keep things in line for a while.

Now 36, Jericho has left his life as a lawman to start a new life. No one really knows why Judge Jericho left the life of a lawman, there were rumors that he may have a burden over the dead he failed to save, or killed an innocent man by accident during a showdown or enforcing the law in Dodge City. Some say it had something to do with Dodge City Saloon Fire, where a little girl was rumored to be killed inside. Then again, Judge Jerich is pushing fourty at this point, maybe he isn’t as quick like he used to be. It also could be his body starting to take its toll on him considering he had been hit a few times while involved those 13-26 gunfights, some of the hits could’ve rendered him crippled, but he somehow got lucky. At the moment though, it can be a sore subject for Jericho to bring up considering it seems likt its a deep wound in his heart. In either case, bringing up the subject of his retirementHis plans were to head west and see if he can strike it rich. On the way, he isn’t much of a trader, but considering its something new, he’s up for the challenge and hopes to make something out of his trade for help on his Journey. He enters the small town of Sigil, New Mexico on his way to the West Coast in hopes to strike it rich. He has no idea what he has walked himself into nore does he know what may be the outcome here. Who knows, maybe he’ll hit the poker table or Black Jack table just to make a few dollars to go on in his pocket. His luck may just change.

Hopefully that covers it, if there is anything that needs adjusting, let me know.
